What to Expect: A Gentle Guide into Stillness
Step into a calm, yoga style setting designed for stillness, restoration, and deep nervous system reset.
Before You Arrive
• Eat a light meal
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing
• Bring warmth: socks, layers, or a cozy wrap
Upon Arrival
• Choose your spot and settle in lying on your back
• Relax into supportive props (blankets, bolsters, etc.)
• The room is quiet and peaceful—no need to talk or engage
During Treatment
• Gentle placement of ultra-fine needles (often painless)
• Common sensations: a tiny prick, warmth, heaviness, calm
• Soothing music plays while you rest for ~30 minutes
• Many people fall asleep or drift into a dreamlike state (theta brainwaves)
Afterwards
• Needles removed quietly and gently
• Most feel grounded, lighter, and more whole
• It’s like an extended shavasana—only deeper
